Smooth rides, no issues at all. But on 1st March, while riding at a normal speed, I suddenly felt something strange — the front tyre started feeling heavy. When I checked, the tyre had lost all its air. Since it was a tubeless tyre, I thought it would be a small puncture. But when I went to a puncture shop, I got a shock — the damage was too big to repair. After checking properly, I found that a hard blade had gone deep inside the tyre and caused a major cut. This wasn’t a normal puncture — it completely damaged the tyre. At that moment, I was honestly scared and disappointed. I felt like I had lost my money because tyre cuts usually don’t come under warranty. I contacted multiple people and got the same answer cut tyres are not covered under warranty. That made things even more stressful.
