What do we do when getting along with other people isn't easy? Conflict is part of life—even among good people, even in the church. In Philippians, Paul writes to a community experiencing real disagreement and reminds them that the grace they've received from God should reshape the way they relate to one another. In this message, Mike Donohue explores Philippians 2:1–4 and the mindset that helps us move through conflict with greater humility, grace, and love. Instead, he challenges us to stop making everything about ourselves. Rather than asking only, "What do I need from this?" we can begin asking, "What does the other person need from me?" And that becomes possible when we remember that God's grace isn't scarce. There is plenty to go around. We don't learn to get along simply by trying harder. Jesus has already emptied Himself for us, and receiving His grace frees us to extend that same grace to one another.
