This is quite similiar to chapter 20E/21H of FE7, just shift the walls, rearrange the enemies, shuffle all the villages/shops around and close them. While this is quite fun compared to a few other chapters, but the difficulty spike sure isn't.

Firstly, place Althares/Shadow around the edges of the starting positions to check out the nearest enemies' location, then place your units accordingly. Can't really recommend who to use since we all train different characters.
Have Althares/Shadow (if you used them) use torch or use a Illuminate staff user towards the left to provide even more vision. Then move everyone to the left, eliminating as many enemies as possible while avoiding the ones farther away (especially the Wo Dao swordmaster). Going left is optimal since you can make use of the walls to block out non-flying enemies before they catch up to you. Strangely enough, the nomad trooper who hides in the corner doesn't follow you, but a warrior who I didn't notice does.
Speaking of the warrior, have Siegfried/Kelik recruit Rana before you move your units away, it's better to use Kelik since you also unlock one of the conversation sidequest together, saving his turn for something else. Rana's initial tome is a disaster, that nearby warrior can double him easily.
Every enemy is a threat depending on whether the unit you bring is weak to a weapon type. For example, Shon might be quite bulky to physical units, the paladin with halberd can be quite dangerous if he manages to hit. Take them out accordingly, depending on who you bring.
The most dangerous enemy is Fenix, the chapter boss. He has 30 Str, along with a 22Mt weapon that can attack on range, this makes engagement really problematic as he hits really hard. Even for a 30Def Kevin, it's still 20-ish worth of damage (40-ish if Fenix doubles). While I cheesed this with triangle attack, but those without the pegasus sisters should really depend on weapon triangle with supports to reduce Fenix's offenses as much as possible.
Just be grateful that Blazer doesn't make him move.

I might slow down my uploads for a few days back to my usual frequency since I heard that the upcoming chapters will take quite some time, especially 26. Gotta make the game go according to Keikaku.
I should also stop being a cheapskate and start using stronger weapons soon. Emblem bow is basically useless at this point, not sure why I am even bothering to use a bow unit for it.
