MEAL PREP:// Part 1- Bi-annual grocery & market shopping haul

Hey guys, I know this video has been a long time coming. After over 5 years of doing this, as expected our pantry and fridge would be empty between June/July which made making this video easy. However, our meal prep process happens in two parts and so this week I will share part 1 with you. In this shopping haul we have purchased what we need and will last for the next 6months to December, next 3 months to Oct, next month to Aug and next 1 week. This list is pretty standard and all we do is treat it like a check list as opposed to us having to write a list (I find that frustrating) Our meal prep process requires the hands of every person at home and can be quite tiring but we know it's only one day which makes life easier for us all.
