Singapore Grand Prix guide — Luxury Edition — where F1 drivers stay in Singapore, Marina Bay Sands F1, Ritz-Carlton Millennia Mercedes, Amber Lounge Singapore prices, Paddock Club cost, Singapore hawker food, Marina Bay night race, F1 concerts Singapore.
This is the only race on the calendar where drivers lose kilos of body weight just to finish it.
Nine o'clock at night in Singapore. Still 30 degrees. The air is wet. Twenty Formula One cars run between skyscrapers under floodlights with the black water of Marina Bay beside them.
Where do F1 drivers stay in Singapore? Nine luxury hotels sit on the circuit or right beside it. The anchor is Marina Bay Sands, where Ferrari has stayed and Charles Leclerc has been photographed. The one the paddock wants most is the Ritz-Carlton Millennia — the closest hotel to the paddock and Mercedes' official hotel partner, where George Russell and Kimi Antonelli stay. McLaren goes the other way, based up on Orchard Road with hotel partner Hilton.
How much do Singapore GP hotels cost? Rates near the circuit more than double on race weekend. In 2024 a Bayview room at the Fairmont went from around S$600 to almost S$1,900. A suite passed S$4,000 a night. The best rooms are booked a year ahead.
How much does the Paddock Club cost in Singapore? About US$15,000 a person for a three-day pass. Champagne open all weekend, pit lane walks, and kitchens run by names including Clare Smyth, Yannick Alléno and pastry chef Cédric Grolet.
How much is the Amber Lounge in Singapore? A single pass costs S$850 on Saturday and S$1,250 on Sunday. Tables start at S$7,500. The top suite is listed at S$45,000 for one night.
And a short walk from the circuit, at Lau Pa Sat, a whole street closes to traffic every evening and the satay grills burn until late. Singapore is the only place on the calendar where a billionaire and a backpacker might eat dinner at the same stall.
