You think you're being productive.
You clean your room. Organize your desk. Fix the furniture. Rearrange your books. Answer unnecessary messages. Research productivity techniques.
But somehow, the one thing you actually needed to do never gets done.
You needed to study — but you cleaned your room.
You needed to start the project — but you organized your files.
You needed to take action — but you kept preparing for action.
This is productive procrastination: staying busy with easier tasks so you can avoid the discomfort of the task that actually matters.
In this video, we explore the psychology behind why this happens, why our brains prefer immediate rewards and comfortable tasks, and how to recognize when "being productive" is actually just another form of avoidance.
Because being busy and being productive are not the same thing.
The question isn't:
"What can I do right now?"
It's:
"What actually matters right now?"
And then you do that.
