Hollow Knight: Silksong - STEEL SOUL Any% NO HEAL Speedrun in 1:11:31 RLT [Former IGT WORLD RECORD]

I don't do this kind of stuff often, so I know the timer is scuffed compared to how the pros do it. But I also have no intention of doing more runs. Not sure if it even matters, since there's no chance people won't be finishing under 1h soon enough. For that reason I also wanted to add a no healing (binding) condition, so the run will still remain relevant, and somewhat more true in its "Steel Soul" nature. I hope you enjoy it! P.S There are 3 early instances where I do use heal. The first two were a force of habit, but I didn't get hit after and recovered anyway via ability bind and quit to menu warp. The third one at the fourth chorus boss is part of the boss skip (it didn't heal anything anyway but still)
