VC Studio combines that into a single view, filterable by grade level or by which students need attention. Can VC Studio build a report from a hand-drawn sketch? Yes. In the demo, a staff member sketches a student absences report on paper, scans it in, and VC Studio builds the matching chart, correctly separating excused and unexcused absences to match the sketch. Does VC Studio recommend a different analysis if the data doesn't support the request? Yes. When asked for a three-year attendance comparison, VC Studio flagged limited data and suggested a quarterly view instead, an alternative the staff member hadn't anticipated.
