Spiti’s Toughest Stretch: Chandratal to Kasol | Honda CB350 RS

Leaving Chandratal and riding all the way to Kasol on the Honda CB350RS. This was Day 11 of our Spiti Valley motorcycle ride, and quite a long day on the road. We started our morning at Delek Camps near Chandratal and began the journey out of the valley around 11:35 AM. From the exit gate of Chandratal, we rode towards Chhatru, crossed several water crossings, stopped at Chacha Chachi Dhaba and continued towards Koksar. Somewhere along the way, we took a wrong turn and ended up riding a few kilometres in the wrong direction before correcting our route. We also met another motorcyclist from Madhya Pradesh who joined us for part of the ride. By evening, we reached Atal Tunnel. Instead of stopping at Sissu or Manali for the night, we decided to push further towards Kasol. What followed was a long evening and night ride through the mountains, eventually reaching Bhuntar, Kullu and finally Kasol. In this episode, you'll see the road from Chandratal towards Manali, water crossings on the Himalayan roads, our ride through Atal Tunnel, a little bit of Manali, and our eventual arrival in Kasol. I've also shown our stay at Krishna Palace and the room charges. No scripted moments or staged experiences. Just another day on the road, travelling on a fully loaded Honda CB350RS with a pillion.
