Journey to the Ashen Spire

The team sets out to the Ashen Spire to retrieve the scale of Valkorion the first Dragon . They stop in a small town and gather supplies without detection . Not to sure if the locals will care about a company of elves moving through . With horses they ride into the Haunted Forest . Are attacked by Goblins . They make quick work of them and then decide to camp . As the team sleeps the two elves left standing guard learn the true meaning of Haunted Forest . With cool heads the realize the ghosts don’t seem interested in them. Morning comes and they ride out . Riding through they are set upon by Terror Birds of the waste lands . Thankfully the mages are here to chase them away . Continuing deeper into the wastelands as the Ashen Spire starts to become visible . Continuing on they soon find what looked like the base of the spire is actually the Dragon Valkorion. The team plans they slowly move in they find the Scale . The mages cast levitation spells as the other throw ropes on in . Valkorion stirs takes notice of them . Valkorion sends out a sonic blast striking Alear . The company continues to wrestle the scale . Tend to Alear as Valkorion suddenly goes back to sleep. They place Alear on the scale and head back not stoping . They make back to the tunnel leading to Aetheryn . The elves cheer the dragons cheer . The Dragon Queen places her hand upon Alears head waking him welcoming him back to the world Son of Valkorion
