I painted a StarCraft Marauder using ONLY 3 colors! After being away from YouTube for a while, I’m back with one of the chunkiest miniatures I could find: the StarCraft Marauder. For this project I wanted to see how far I could push a very simple color scheme using just three main colors. I started with a dark purple, pushed it into blue, and then built up brighter blue highlights to create the final look. No complicated color scheme. No fancy techniques. And most importantly… no painful glazing. At the end of the video I’ll show you the little trick I use to get smoother color transitions without having to spend ages glazing.
