Nová Zbrojovka Brno: 2,500 Apartments, CZK 22 Billion and a New District for 20,000 People

🏗️ Nová Zbrojovka is one of the largest development projects currently underway in Brno. On the site of a former industrial complex, an entirely new urban district is gradually taking shape, with approximately 2,500 apartments, offices, shops, services, a park, a public square and a new waterfront. The total investment is estimated at around CZK 22 billion.
