The Community Empowerment Association (CEA), formerly known as the Lebialem Believers Association, hosted a meaningful conference centered on faith, fellowship, and community empowerment. As part of the conference, the Association extended a helping hand to individuals and families in need by providing financial support to help ease some of their immediate challenges.
