Our first stop was Ban Tong Seafood, where we kicked things off with a spread of zi char classics. The cereal crayfish was fragrant and buttery with that addictive crunch, the chicken pops were crispy and easy to snack on, and the asam curry fish brought a nice tangy kick that balanced everything out. Next, we headed to Kelly Jie Seafood, where we tried their sour plum pork ribs, crab, and salted egg french beans, each bringing a good balance of sweet, savoury, and rich flavours. For our final stop, we went to Woh Hup Cantonese Zi Char, a well-known stall for classic Cantonese-style dishes. Here, we had their steamed chicken with salted fish, their famous garlic prawns, and more. Simple dishes done well, and a great way to end the food hunt. Once again thank you to Kym for joining us!
