UNDER LOCK & KEYLESS! My LUXURY BRAZILIAN Apartment Is DONE!

After nearly three months of countless decisions, tense moments, and wondering if this day was ever going to come, I watch Guilherme from Lar Forte Chaveiro install my state-of-the-art Aqara U400 door lock, liberating me from having to carry around keys to get in and opening the door to the futuristic world of hands-free door opening thanks to the new Ultra Wideband technology. I feel safe and secure with the Reolink 2K PoE Video Doorbell guarding each of the apartment entrances, along with the Reolink 4K resolution cameras strategically placed throughout the living areas. The network is up and running, and that means I have already integrated a large part of the devices, including my Rinnai Water Heater through a community app in Home Assistant. The dining table on the veranda looks incredible with the newly installed Yamamura wood pendant light above and the amazing view at dusk. With the beautiful black brick BBQ wall also in that space, the veranda is really starting to feel like the finished entertainment area I imagined when this project began. The Electrolux IE60P induction cooktop has been hooked up and looks the part, in addition to the bedroom roller blinds, veranda Persian blinds, and bathroom LED mirrors with their anti-fog heaters, already integrated into Home Assistant. Once the custom-made furniture arrives over the next few months, my dream apartment will be complete, and I can be proud that what was just a bunch of ideas in my mind at the start of this year will now be a fully fledged smart home with elegant design to boot. As channel regulars know, I will be traveling over the next couple of weeks to Ecuador to see a Palmeiras match, and Las Vegas, where I will source even more things for this dream apartment.
