Mending Solace - Let Time Go Slow | Official Lyric Video

Time moves too fast when you're a parent. This song is dedicated to my beautiful daughter. Acoustic folk, singer/songwriter, sweet and sentimental Lyrics: From the moment I saw your face And you filled my heart's empty space Tiny fingers wrapped around mine I wish I could rewind the time So fast, so fast I thought this time would last Your blue eyes stole my heart You are our work of art Let time go slow You were just my cute little girl Straight hair with that one little curl The years went by, you grew up high More beautiful than a pearl So fast, so fast I thought this time would last Your blue eyes stole my heart You are our work of art Let time go slow Yeah so fast, so fast I thought this time would last Your blue eyes stole my heart You are our work of art Let time go slow Date nights, New sights Spending time with you Squeeze hugs, Lady bugs I’m always here for you Car keys, Big dreams Watch you spread your wings Time flies, Proud sighs Oh, the joy tomorrow brings So fast, so fast I thought this time would last Those blue eyes still hold my heart You are our work of art Let time go slow It’s just so fast, so fast I thought this time would last Those blue eyes stole my heart You are our work of art Let time go slow So fast Too fast Let time go slow #MendingSolace #fatherdaughter #lyricvideo #acousticfolk #daddydaughter
