How i fixed a Weak Commander Precon!

Can an old, underpowered Commander precon become a fun and synergistic deck? In this video, I'm rebuilding the First Flight precon into a Bracket 2 Azorius Commander deck. The goal isn't to build the strongest deck possible, but to create something fun, interactive, and full of interesting synergies. Let me know what you think of the deck and which cards you would add!
