Jannat al-Baqi holds an incredibly special place in the hearts of Muslims, as it is the resting place for around ten thousand of the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) closest companions (Sahaba), his beloved wives (the Mothers of the Believers), his daughters, and many members of his noble family (Ahl al-Bayt). Standing here offers a profound moment of peace and a powerful reminder of the history, sacrifices, and eternal legacy of the earliest generations of Islam.
