You can't inflate any balloons, even if you hold select at the start of the battle. Your kart is slower and stays slower during the whole battle. You can only steal balloons from others players. The code will only work for PAL, and you need to quit the battle before starting another battle, again due to a stupid glitch which occurs if you try to play 2 battles the one after the other. It doesn't work on block fort.
