STILL Trying To Get EVERY Xenoverse 2 Skill Before Xenoverse 3

Maybe the RNG in Xenoverse 2 is just abysmal when it comes to getting skills in the game, and hopefully it's easier in Xenoverse 3. If it's not easier, then I just hope I'm competent enough to get the skills at the start next time, and not wait all the way until the end....
