WFH Morning Off in Tokyo | I'm weirdly nervous about my friend's upcoming wedding #salaryman #tokyo

Hi I'm kaz Japanese salaryman in Tokyo. Thanks to my company's bizarre paid leave policy, I was forced to take the morning off today. Since I had the morning to myself, I woke up early, cleared my head with some journaling, and got a good workout in at the gym. Back home, I knocked out the housework and laundry before starting work at 1:00 PM. I wrapped up work by 7:00 PM, had an early dinner, and started preparing for a wedding tomorrow. But for some reason, I couldn't stop feeling restless. Hearing about a friend getting transferred to Düsseldorf made me reflect on my own life, leaving me feeling a bit behind and far from where I want to be.
