We Transformed This Million Dollar Sanibel Island Home Into a Tropical Paradise!

What does it take to completely transform a landscape in just five days? For this Sanibel Island home, our goal was simple. To create a lush, layered tropical landscape that felt established, intentional, and completely at home in Southwest Florida. From clearing the existing landscape and opening up the property, to installing palms, creating new pathways, transplanting existing plant material, staging hundreds of plants, adjusting irrigation, installing landscape lighting, and putting down the final layers of mulch and shell, this project came together one layer at a time.
