H.E. Lt. Gen. (Rtd) Epaphras Denga Ndaitwah, First Gentleman of the Republic of Namibia, delivered remarks during the launch of OAFLAD’s #BuildingResilience campaign in Luanda, Angola, on 30 July 2026. In his message, he encouraged H.E. Dr. Ana Dias Lourenço, First Lady of Angola and Vice-President of OAFLAD, in her leadership of the campaign and briefly shared his vision for advancing resilience and sustainable development across Africa.
