Dr.Michael Samson on Affordability: Paying for Comprehensive Social Protection

The event was supported by DFAT Social Protection Hub. Michael Samson argued that social protection should be seen as a long-term investment. He argued that social protection is affordable even in the low income countries. The driver of affordability is political will than the national income.
