A recipe that we call Nana's Famous Lemon Curd (Nana is me :) as I have been making it my whole married life (40 Years). This was a staple on the menu in my tea room for 9 years called ~ Taking Time for Tea. It is an intensely lemony, glossy, luxurious lemon curd with a VERY simple process. The second part of the video shows gorgeous and luscious ways to use the lemon curd in desserts and even a simple snack. Enjoy!
