I've experienced repeated seizures, exhaustion and other challenges with my FND, alongside moments where everything has simply felt overwhelming. But through all of it, one sentence kept coming back to me: I am still here. This isn't about pretending to be strong every second of every day. It's about recognising that sometimes simply making it through a difficult day is an achievement. FND can be unpredictable, and no two people's experiences are exactly the same. A good day doesn't erase the difficult ones, and a difficult day doesn't mean there can't be better ones ahead. For me, music has become another way of expressing things I sometimes struggle to put into words. I Am Still Here is probably one of the most personal tracks I've created for that reason. If you're living with FND, supporting somebody who is, or simply going through your own difficult period, I hope there's something in this song that speaks to you. You don't have to pretend everything is okay. Take things one day at a time. Ask for help when you need it. Appreciate the good moments when they come.
