This Hoopa Deck REVIVES Umbreon EX! - Pokemon Pocket Deck Build

Hoopa ex applies constant pressure by damaging both your opponent’s Active and Benched Pokémon with Shadow Bullet, setting up the perfect targets for Umbreon ex! Once a Benched Pokémon has taken damage, Umbreon’s Dark Chase can pull it into the Active Spot, essentially giving the deck access to repeated Cyrus effects throughout the match. This combo lets you control which Pokémon your opponent is forced to defend while finishing off weakened targets before they can safely stay on the Bench, making Hoopa and Umbreon a really fun control deck to use! This deck was extremely successful for me so I highly recommend giving it a try! If you enjoyed the video or deck builds, Subscribe, and Suggest more ideas!
