In Mark 4:26–29, Jesus compares the kingdom of God to a man who scatters seed on the ground. As he sleeps and goes about his days, the seed grows—even though he doesn’t understand how. Growth happens in stages, and eventually, the harvest comes. God’s Word is seed we can plant in our hearts through reading, listening, memorizing, and putting it into practice. But after planting it, we must keep trusting God. Don’t dig up the seed with unbelief or give up because you haven’t seen results yet. Keep nurturing it with faith, attention, and perseverance. In this video, we’ll explore how to: 🌱 Plant God’s Word in your heart and keep believing it. 💧 Nurture that seed through continued time in Scripture. 🌾 Trust God through the growing process without rushing the harvest. 🌿 Guard against the worries, distractions, and competing priorities that can choke the Word. We’ll also look at Psalm 107:20 and Proverbs 4:20–22, which speak of God’s Word bringing healing, deliverance, and life. And I’ll share a story about an atheist who pretended there is a God and now claims he can’t live without God. We’ll also plant real seeds on the farm using soil, hydroponics, and aquaponics! As we explore how plants grow, we’ll connect these hands-on examples to Mark 4:26–29. Just as we don’t dig up a seed to see if it’s growing, we don’t dig up God’s Word through doubt and unbelief. We keep His Word planted in our hearts, nurture it, and continue believing as we trust Him for the harvest You don’t have to understand every part of the growing process to trust the One who makes the seed grow. Keep planting. Keep believing. Give God’s Word room to take root in your life. 📖 Scriptures: Mark 4:26–29; Mark 4:14–20; Psalm 107:20; Proverbs 4:20–22.
