EVE Online - Is RrRRgg running a Structure Scam, or Not?

I believe the corporation RrRRgg continuously runs the structure scam, where they build a structure, charge low prices to get you to use it, and move all your stuff in the structure, then let it power down and blow it up, to take all your stuff. In Onnamon, I rented an office, and kept a lot of ships and materials for the CoW events in one of RrRRgg's structures. Then one day, when I tried to leave, I saw that I wouldn't be able to come back in to remove the rest of my gear. I made a mental note of that, and decided that I wasn't going to keep stuff in a Player Owned Structure again. Well, not long term. I do still use them for industry, but I keep most of my inventory, and all of my ships in an NPC station now. One of their refineries was destroyed in Faurent, leaving hangar containers floating in space. I know it's possible that they were wardec'd, but in Onnamon, the structure wasn't under attack. So, be aware that this IS a scam, even if RrRRgg isn't perpetrating it, so think before you move a bunch of your stuff into a POS.
