South Dakota-Wyoming Road Trip PART-1 (Devils Tower) |2021 May| OurTravelHikes

This is the part-1 of our week long road trip from Olympia, Washington to different parks in South Dakota and Wyoming. Part-1 covers our I-90 drive crossing Washington, Idaho, Montana and visit to Devils Tower National Monument in Wyoming (Day 1 & 2). Towards the end of Day-2 we drove to South Dakota and stayed in Walls. Devils Tower was the first United States national monument, established on September 24, 1906, by President Theodore Roosevelt. We recommend to take the Tower Trail and try to spot the historic wooden ladder with a binocular. Also Prairie dogs are fun to watch.
