Flowery Hid Ralsei's Face From Asgore | DELTARUNE Chapter 5 Theory

At the very end of Chapter Five, pick "Ralsei" when Asgore asks if you want to say something, and he whispers: "(At a glance, they look a bit like Asriel...) (The harder it is to tell if they're a monster at all.)" In five chapters of DELTARUNE, that is the only line that says it. It is optional, it is behind a menu, and it is whispered. Ralsei's hat has always hidden his face. A Darkner in Chapter Four says so out loud. He stopped wearing it after Chapter One, and the game's own code keeps it off in every chapter since, except one. Chapter Five has a single flag that puts the hat back on him, and his portrait back in shadow. The first time it switches on, Ralsei tells you why: Flowery locked him in a wardrobe without it, "because he didn't want Asgore to see me". This video goes through where that flag turns on and off, the wardrobe of unnecessary things (and the half of a photograph in it), and who Flowery actually is: the bouquet from Asgore's wedding, which watched that family for years. Every quotation in this video is from the game. Where the inference starts, the video says so. 0:00 The whisper 1:27 What the hat is for 3:14 The flag 4:30 The wardrobe 7:14 The flowers 9:51 The answer Footage (thank you, all credited on screen): Shirrako · Lord Dareth · Aliell64 · Video Game News Also read for this video: Abbu · Animal39er · bunny puppet · CAIFEE!
