suissaus - Hollow [LSBA009]

Taken from "Machines and Instinct" EP, released on LADOSUR. LSBA009 introduces Sydney-based producer suissaus to the LADOSUR catalogue with a sound built around primal rhythms, mechanical repetition and raw club energy, where organic percussion meets modern industrial textures. Based in Sydney, Australia, suissaus draws inspiration from the relationship between raw, instinctive movement and machine-driven structures. His productions are grounded in tribal percussion, hypnotic repetition and driving rhythms, creating a constant sense of movement through the interaction of organic and electronic elements. Rather than relying on excessive layers or complex arrangements, suissaus places rhythm at the center of his music. Percussion becomes the main driving force, while industrial textures and repetitive patterns shape an atmosphere that feels both physical and mechanical. Machines and Instinct marks his first complete body of work, bringing together four tracks that explore different interpretations of the same sonic concept. Each composition approaches the relationship between instinct and machinery from a different angle, maintaining a cohesive identity throughout the release. From Open Season through Mosquito Robo, Hollow and Initiation Gathering, the EP moves between hypnotic structures, tribal grooves and raw, percussion-driven energy, reflecting the direction suissaus continues to develop as a producer.
