What Happened to Gaisano Grand Mall in Singcang (PAG-IBIG) Bacolod City - Why Less People?

The Gaisano Grand Mall in the south of Bacolod city, located along Araneta St (Ave) is now home to Pag-ibig offices. Gone were the many cellphone shops congest in many areas. Also gone are the cinema and Jollibee. There are still the National Bookstore, Bob's Cafe resto, Merczi, Bong BOngs and Greenwich. But there are many shops that are already gone now. Inside, the mall are selling Christmas decors for Xmas Ber Months and also there's a Horror for Halloween at the basement area. Now, let's check if it's still worthwhile to go to this mall unless you need something from Pag-ibig, a government authority for housing. #bacolodcity #philippines #gaisano
