Releasing Power Through Worship

There is power in worship. When King Jehoshaphat was confronted with an army of the enemy which he could not ceonceivably defeat, he took the weapon of praising and worshipping God and his enemied were thrown into disarray by God and were defeated before God's people. When Paul and Silas were beaten, humiliated and cast into a maximum security prison, bound in stocks- for doing nothing wrong other than preaching the gospel, they started worshipping and praising God, there was an earthquake, prison doors were opened, their stocks were loosenedand the jailer cane and knelt before Paul and Silas and asked "Sirs what must I do to be saved?". Almighty God dwells in the praises of His people (Psalms 22:3). Almighty God is Spirit and is seeking worshippers who worship Him in spirit and in truth. The word of God is Spirit and it is life (John 6:63). You are spirit with a soul in a body. You therefore need to know the language of worshipping God
