Part 2:    • Piano Tuning Comparison  - Equal vs. Young...   My “comparison” is not particularly fair, as the piano on the left is a model B, and the one on the right is a model D. So, the two pianos have many differences in addition to the temperament. It wasn’t my intention at the time to make an actual scientific experiment out of it. Hopefully I can find time to do a more even comparison one of these days with two pianos that are more similar. Despite those flaws, I still think Unequal Temperament sounds way better than Equal. Most of the performances on my YouTube channel (as well as the Frostburg State University YouTube channel) are using Thomas Young's 1st Well Temperament from 1799.
