KCSD 8th Grade Math Lesson "Matching & Creating Word Problems"

Students were given word problems with a partner and asked to underline the important information that would be used to create an equation. Students then matched the word problem with its correct equation. Students then labeled each part of the equation with information from the word problem. Students then solved each equation and interpreted the solution in terms of the problem.
