Instead of rushing blindly into their deadly pitch traps, we play the long game by first securing our perimeter and establishing a thriving settlement. Tall Round Towers packed with Archers, Crossbowmen, and Tower Ballistas shut down early slave rushes and neutralize threatening fire ballistas with ease. Behind these fortified walls, a booming war economy takes shape - ramping up stone and iron extraction alongside mass bread and ale production to keep popularity high, bankrolling an enormous standing army through heavy tax collection. With a massive treasury secured, the focus shifts to systematically dismantling each Caliph one by one. Catapults tucked behind protective portable mantlets safely pound the enemy curtain walls to dust, detonating hidden pitch ditches and collapsing watchtowers from a distance. Once the first Caliph's outer perimeter crumbles, fast-moving Horse Archers sweep the keep roof clean of defenders, paving the way for heavily armored Knights to storm the stronghold and execute the lord. With the first threat eliminated, the entire war machine pivots to repeat the siege on the second Caliph, securing a clean, methodical victory.
