Build a fully procedural pie and donut chart in Blender using Geometry Nodes that reads directly from CSV spreadsheet data. Swap the dataset and the entire chart rebuilds itself instantly. In Part 1 of this series, we import CSV data, normalize values into shares of the whole, convert them to angles, and layout every slice using Accumulate Field. These core techniques apply to bar charts, line graphs, and any custom data visualization you build next. Excel makes a pie chart in four seconds. This series covers what it won't: lighting, cameras, procedural animation, and charts that survive the data changing the night before a deadline. I'm Oscar, a filmmaker and animator who got tired of boring charts that never matched my footage. NodeOp is where I share the production-ready setups I actually use.
