Wagner Träume from 'Wesendonck Lieder' arr. Sir Henry Wood - Nathaniel Anderson-Frank, violin

Sir Henry Wood's 150th birthday was celebrated by a Tribute Concert that featured several of his own orchestral arrangements. In this version of "Träume" from Wagner's 'Wesendonck Lieder,' originally for female voice and piano, the vocal line is played by a solo violin. Nathaniel Anderson-Frank is here accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra, conductor Bramwell Tovey, in a 2019 Proms concert given in London's Royal Albert Hall.
