On August 11, 2025, Ontario County sheriff's deputies responded to a car dealership on State Route 96 in Farmington, New York, after employees discovered that two vehicles worth approximately $100,000 had been purchased using someone else's identity.
A Cadillac and a Ford truck had already left the dealership, but the expected financing had not been received. Investigators learned that the transactions involved fraudulent identification and paperwork submitted through two different lenders. While deputies were investigating, Iselynn Johnson returned to the dealership to complete additional paperwork, where an officer found her making coffee.
Through bodycam footage, the incident report, and documented news coverage, this video follows deputies as they speak with dealership employees, examine the fraudulent documents, and question those involved in the purchases. Johnson claimed she had been recruited by a former coworker to sign paperwork for a proposed luxury transportation business and denied receiving either vehicle.
Investigators also questioned Patrick Johnson Jr. and Chaz Davis. During the encounter, Davis fled on foot, and a pursuing deputy suffered a knee injury. Patrick and Iselynn Johnson were arrested that day on grand larceny charges. Davis was arrested later on grand larceny and assault charges, and authorities confirmed that both vehicles were recovered.
Cam Stories TV covers real police encounters, from the first conversation to what happens in court. We obtain police bodycam footage directly from law enforcement agencies through public records requests and review the reports and available court documents behind each case.
We produce every video ourselves, adding original narration and commentary to give context to arrests, traffic stops, and criminal investigations. When questions come up about police procedure or constitutional rights, we explain how they apply to the encounter on screen.
Our goal is to help viewers understand what happened and why. We cover the decisions made by officers and the people they encounter, with room for scrutiny of both.
This is documentary coverage, not a celebration of violence or crime.
