I always enjoy reading your comments 💌 🍒 Cherry Muffin Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 50 g butter, softened 1/4 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup pitted sour cherries Instructions: 1. Mix the softened butter and sugar until smooth and well combined. 2. Add the vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 3. Add the milk and mix until combined. 4. Sift the flour and baking powder three times, then gradually add them to the mixture. Mix gently with a spoon until just combined. 5. Finally, add the pitted sour cherries and gently mix them in. 6. Spoon the batter into muffin liners and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes. *The batter is quite thick, so use a spoon to fill the muffin liners.
