When Pogacar was Beaten by his Future Teammate.

Tadej Pogačar rarely shows weakness, but Stage 3 of the 2020 UAE Tour was a brutal exception. On the scorching slopes of Jebel Hafeet, Adam Yates launched one of the most devastating climbing performances of his career, pushing the Slovenian prodigy entirely into the red zone. While we are used to seeing Pogačar drop his rivals with ease, this 10km desert climb forced him into pure survival mode. Yates set an unmatchable pace, breaking the peloton and eventually dropping Pogačar, who had to dig deeper than ever just to limit his losses. #cycling #poğaça #pogacar #tourdefrance #cyclinglife #cyclinghighlights
