(Shahmukhi):
Lyrics (Roman Punjabi):
Rabba mere haal da mahram tu.
Andar tu hain baahar tu hain,
Rom rom vich tu.
Tu hain tu hain baana,
Sabh kich mera tu.
Kahai Husain fakeer nimaana,
Main naahin sabh tu.
English meaning:
O Lord, You are the intimate knower of my inner state. You are within me, You are outside of me, and You dwell in every single pore of my being.
You are the warp and You are the weft; everything that I call mine is actually Yours.
Says Hussain, the humble dervish: I do not exist at all, You alone exist.
