Praia da Azarujinha | A Day by the Atlantic | Portugal

... A short look at everyday life along the Atlantic coast at Praia da Azarujinha. From the concrete platform to the beach and from the beach into the ocean... People sitting and relaxing by the shore, sunbathing, walking into the water, cooling off, swimming and looking towards the horizon. Waves reaching the beach, palm trees stretching across the rocky hillsides, stairways and houses overlooking the coast... Small boats and motorboats moving in the distance across the Atlantic. At one point, the camera goes into the ocean for a few brief underwater views, before returning to the beach and concrete platform and looking towards the nearby coves and beaches in the direction of Cascais. Small moments from an ordinary day at Praia da Azarujinha. Real sounds. Real moments.
