Interview Series: Toby Landau QC in conversation with Sonal Singh (AKS Partners) & Nivvy V. (AIAC)

The Young Arbitration Practitioners Group along with IIDAC, organised a knowledge session for those interested in understanding the intricacies in Arbitration law. The first session was held on May 15, 2020. The session witnessed Mr. Toby Landau QC, Barrister and Arbitrator, Essex Court Chamber as the Speaker. The Examiners for the session comprised of Mr. Sonal Kumar Singh, Partner, AKS Partners and Ms. Nivvy Venkataraman, Senior International Case Counsel, AIAC. The session revolved around a candid chat with Mr. Landau on his journey and experiences, including useful tips on the art of cross-examination, oral advocacy in International Arbitration, and future of Arbitration amidst Covid-19.
