Noeline Hofmann | "Rodeo Junkies" | Western AF

Western AF presents Noeline Hofmann ... Once again, Western as Fuck is blessed with the prairie sounds and wisdom, of the now turned musical troubadour, Noeline Hofmann. She came through our home-base of Laramie earlier this summer during an exciting tour opening for famous acts like Charley Crockett. Even greats such as Turnpike Troubadours and Wyatt Flores are noticing this western gem and will have her at their shows as well. You could say Noeline is taking the world by the horns and claiming her spot in country music history. Noeline cut this little tune for us at WAF's proxy headquarters, the Prairie Monarch Bison ranch. The owner Dylan was gracious enough to let us use the surrounding area so we could deliver this video for y'all. Noeline arrived a day before in hopes of cutting some performances with us. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor but the scene we could have shot was epic as most. She was sitting in the back of a truck with other musicians who had passed through, with herds of Buffalo surroundings us and running around. It was amazing. Noeline, is a storyteller first and always, and she brings you a tale of two characters in a toxic relationship, both with rodeo and with each other. The characters are inspired by the scenes and spirits of some of the gritty farm and rodeo family sorts she grew up around in rural Alberta, such as her friend Katrina - your token badass western woman notorious for putting high riding rodeo cowboys in their place and never being too afraid to get back on again.
