Across the Andes and over 4,830 meters to the Pacific Ocean S10 E37

On our journey across the #Andes, we’d like to start by taking you today to the charming village of #Susques, located at an elevation of 3,600 meters, which features a church dating back to 1598. We’ll cross the border from #Argentina into #Chile via the #PasoDeJama, which reaches a maximum elevation of 4,830 meters. Finally, we’ll drive past San Pedro de Atacama and one of the largest open-pit copper mines on our way to the #PacificOcean. Auf unserem Weg über die Anden möchten wir euch heute zunächst mitnehmen in den so authentischen Ort Susques auf 3600 Metern Höhe mit einer Kirche aus dem Jahr 1598. Über den Paso de Jama mit einer maximalen Höhe von 4830 Metern geht es über die Grenze von Argentinien nach Chile.
