RecoveryWorks DE partners with employers across Delaware to create recovery-friendly workplaces where individuals in recovery can thrive. Through training, consultation, and ongoing support, the program helps businesses reduce stigma, strengthen workplace culture, improve hiring and retention practices, and move toward Recovery Friendly Workplace Certification. By combining education, lived experience, peer support, and practical tools, RecoveryWorks DE helps organizations build inclusive, supportive environments that promote long-term success for employees and teams alike. This program/service is offered statewide.
