Mississippi River Source to Sea Part 4: Aitkin MN - Royalton MN

Another 100+ miles down the mighty Mississippi River in this leg of the journey which takes us from sleeping at a boat ramp in Aitkin and finishing at a campground in Royalton MN. There are lots of great exploring and a very difficult portage over rough terrain as we make our way down the river and even make a stop on a military base for a zero day. All in all, this section was very fulfilling and a lot of fun. we did suffer through some hot days and nights, but it was all worth it.
