SCREAMING LORD SUTCH & THE MOONTREKKERS - THE HOLLOWAY PUB, LONDON (5th April 1991)

A clip left on an old video. The quality is poor in both video and Dave's performance. In fact, it's bloody awful. However, I don't think this footage is commonly available and, given Dave's sad death many years ago, it's got a certain poignancy. I met him twice in my life. Once at a big public event, and he was a total prat. A couple of years later we both turned up early for a film showing and he and I sat together in a café and chatted for an hour. The actual man behind the character was a real sweetheart. He was friendly, quiet, gentle and modest. I liked him.
